I should probably write something like this: Sebastian is a professionally certified coach, Partner at WEGVISOR®, Co-Founder of Unaufhaltsam® and a two-time author. That would sound professional and also be true, but it wouldn't really be me. And I'd rather be myself. So here you go: I love four cheese pizza and a good red wine, preferably a Bordeaux right bank. I'm still passionate about breakdancing, and I'm a total movie nerd.
I've been doing this coaching thing for over ten years now, and if I don't find a better way to support people, I'll probably be doing it for the rest of my life. Love it.
Nothing has influenced my personal and professional success as much as the art and science of leadership. Reaching my own goals, despite many obstacles, has made me a real-life expert in leadership development.
What about you? Do you want to improve your leadership, increase your performance, break out of boring mediocrity, push the boundaries of your personality, and achieve goals that really mean something to you and others? Then get started! Now.
"Everything rises and falls on leadership."
Because of some unfortunate experiences in my younger years, I had started to believe that I was not good enough. In addition, there was rebellious behaviour, laziness and a great deal of arrogance. Well, as the saying goes: Pride comes before the fall - and that came in 2008.
"Falling flat on your face, over and over again - until you learn to fly."
There, when I hit rock bottom, my own leadership journey began. Against all odds, I changed my thought patterns and habits, turned my life around and started to make all my dreams come true.
I became a professional breakdancer and choreographer, learned the English language, wrote two books, became an international coach and trainer, father of a wonderful daughter, lived in Singapore, married the love of my life, started my own business and began travelling the world.
"Anything is possible, the impossible just takes a little longer."
Today, I support, mentor and coach individuals and teams to improve their leadership, to create exciting results and to live a fulfilled life.

I have worked with many coaches and the results have been mixed. Sebastian, on the other hand, knows how to ask the right questions and always gets you out of your comfort zone! Anyone who wants to live their best life should work with Sebastian. He knows how to win and how to finally get you unstuck.

Having Sebastian as my personal coach has been a great decision. Coming from very different culture, upbringing and experiences, his powerful questions challenged many of my entrenched “by default” beliefs and habits. His engaging, energetic and casual style was also very effective in helping me to think and act from a light and relaxed mood. Sebastian is a fresh breeze of air in the world of coaches, and I highly recommend him!

Working with Sebastian was a lot of fun and in the end I was perfectly prepared for my challenge. Being a competitive athlete myself, I know exactly what qualities are important for a coach. Sebastian is patient, competent and if there is a problem, he always finds a solution. It was a great time! Thank you!

Great expertise, amazing character and when there were challenges he always helped me find solutions myself. Very empowering! It was exciting to discover what makes a good leader and what happens when I start to meet people where they are at. Today I know that leadership has much more to do with the relationships I build than with the position I hold. I am grateful to have met Sebastian and very excited about what the new season has in store.

Sebastian’s positive energy, genuine care, and support are the reasons for me choosing him as my coach almost 5 years ago. During our coaching journey, we have explored limiting beliefs around personal development, education, career, and relationship. Sebastian helped me to remove the “roadblocks” and to come up with the practices to stay focused and committed to my goals. He helped me to shift my perspective about meeting potential clients, which allowed me to deliver my services with lightness and an open heart. I will continue working with Sebastian because I believe that I will be able to overcome any challenge having him as my coach.
